Question: What's the return window & process like?

Answer: We offer a 14 day return period and you as the buyer would be responsible for return shipping. You would contact us (By clicking on the Contact page)

You would provide us with your full name, e-mail, order # and reason for return.

We would provide you with the address to our headquarters which is located in Phoenix, AZ, USA

Once we receive the item from you, our team would verify it's still in the original packaging and from there we would process a refund within 5 business days to the original payment method on file.

Please note: If the item isn't in the original packaging or it's been used in any way we reserve the right to deny the refund request.
